WHAT IS LE MOUVEMENT?
We are artists, educators, filmmakers, activist, and represent many walks of life. We have seen 'Keep It Moving - The Movie', gained greater sense of how language, arts, and culture are all carried by the common thread of hope, peace, love, and mutual respect. We have become inspired by this cross-cultural exchange, which has now flourished into a an international collective voice of empowerment, solidarity, and cultural awareness.
LeMouvement or TheMouvement supports and promotes the use of hip-hop as a vehicle for progressive change across ALL boundaries of religion, gender, language, class, race, orientation, or any other classification. We understand the universality and globalization of hip-hop culture, and we support those who are using it to affect positive change.
How Can I Help Out?
There are many ways your contributions can greatly benefit the Keep It Moving Project, and help us spread the word about some of the wonderful ways hip-hop is affecting change across the globe.
